New concept and reimagined space, it’s a breath of fresh air blowing on the Montreal Sheraton Center with Stanley.
Intended for both tourists and residents, the new restaurant is intended to be a friendly and unpretentious place where you can eat morning, noon and evening, explains general manager Bertil Fabre. You can meet there with office colleagues for dinner, spend an evening with friends or have a drink before a show downtown.
The menu has been designed to satisfy the varied clientele with individual dishes and dishes to share. “Of course there are burgers and club sandwiches, but we also have more refined cuisine for outside customers such as our poke bowl and our lobster risotto,” says Bertil Fabre. The tastes and flavors of Montreal are showcased and the beverage offering – whether it’s the wine list or the cocktails and mocktails – has been completely revamped.
“It’s an open space, it’s chic and tasteful,” says Bertil Fabre. The new concept enhances the culinary offer of the Business District. The pastries – and the fries – are worth the trip, they say.
