Onishchenko urged not to cancel the line on 1 September in the schools of Moscow because COVID-19. Previously, the Moscow Department of education recommended educational institutions to organize the celebrations in the parks, not on-site.

Onishchenko stressed that the school administration should take care of the observance of sanitary norms.
