– This is a plyometric exercise called the burpee. It consists of three elements: the bar, a push-up and jump. From the position of a deep squat you need to go to the bar. Further, a push – up, return to the deep squat position and jump up with tearing feet from the surface. All three exercises should be performed for 25 times. In sum – 75, the same as years have passed since the great Victory, – said the instructor-methodologist of the center of sports preparation of the Sakhalin region Victor Fada.
