In early may, the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov declared that the quarantine in the city is almost over. On June 19 Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal announced the beginning of the second wave of the coronavirus in the country. The Minister of health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov called the behavior of the citizens during the quarantine anarchy.
According to the latest data, the number infected with the coronavirus in Ukraine has risen to 37 241 people. Over the past day were identified 681 case of infection.
