Informed about the economic and investment readiness “Nord stream-2,” said the company-operator Nord Stream AG 2, in the light of disagreement with the decision of the Federal network Agency of Germany to bring the pipeline from under the updated EU gas Directive. The company insists that the pipeline is complete from the point of view of economic functionality and it is made irrevocable investments of several billion euros. 2 Nord Stream AG on 15 June filed an appeal with the Supreme regional court of Dusseldorf for a decision of the German regulator.
