MOSCOW, April 19/ Radio Sputnik. Changing the legal address of the Russian Embassy in Prague has nothing to do with the renaming of the square Under Chestnut trees, which houses a diplomatic mission, in the area named Boris Nemtsov.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian Embassy in the Czech Republic took a decision to change the legal address. The procedure coincided with the time when the area in which is located the Embassy, was renamed in honor of slain Russian politician Boris Nemtsov.
To date, the Embassy will be used as the official address of the building on the street Korunovacni, which is 400 metres from the main building of the Russian representation.
the Diplomats also expressed the opinion that the Czech authorities are unlikely to renaming streets Korunovacni because this toponym is more than 100 years. They stressed that the change of address was of a technical character.
