Michael cannon: This regulation governs the referral for routine medical care in hospitals and in day hospital and private diagnostic services. If there is no threat to the life and health of patients, for security purposes, themselves and health workers, the Ministry of health recommends to postpone the access to medical care in the planned form in both outpatient and inpatient segments. Hospitalization for routine specialized medical care, as well as individual instrumental and laboratory tests (computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, cardiovascular system) are conducted exclusively by referral issued by your attending physician to which the patient is permanently attached, or Executive authority of the RF subject in the sphere of health protection, Federal Executive authority. But emergency and urgent medical aid continues to be in full and in a timely manner.
And what about patients with oncological diseases, diseases of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems, those on hemodialysis, and such patients?
Michael cannon: All of these patients continued to be provided in full. Now health insurance companies it is extremely important to notify the insured of the new temporal orders of medical care, the features of the routing of patients to medical organizations.
