According to the oppositionist Alexei Navalny, announced by Russia’s Central election Commission the voting results for amendments to the Constitution are “a fraud and huge lie”.

In his blog, Navalny said Russian President Vladimir Putin has lost this vote before it started because he refused to have a referendum on all the rules with the observers. “Putin understood that there are rules and procedure – lose”, – the politician noted.
