Moscow has become the leader in the number of registered crimes in January – February 2020, reports RT. In the capital for the first two months of the year recorded a 23.9 thousand crimes.
In second place is Moscow oblast from 12.1 thousand registered crimes. Followed by Krasnodar, Chelyabinsk and Rostov region. There was 12 thousand, 10.2 and 9.6 thousand thousand crimes, respectively.
among the non-criminal republics – Nenets Autonomous Okrug (124), Chukotka (126), Ingushetia (322), Magadan region (472) and Kalmykia (508).
In the whole country for two months has registered 327,3 thousand crimes, which is 4.1% more than in the same period last year.
Earlier, the participants of the forum “Safe capital” in Moscow discussed the possibility of amendment on the topic of cyberbullying to the Code of administrative offences. Experts said that in 2018 in Russia recorded more than 800 high-profile cases related to the systematic persecution and insults on social networks and on websites on the Internet.
