Hospital through public services can be issued to another person
a Medical report is mandatory for all who are involved:
• with the production, storage, transportation and sale of food products and drinking water;
• with the upbringing and education of children;
• with utilities and public services;
• the work at height;
• employment in workplaces with the class of working conditions 3.3 and 3.4, established according to the results of special assessment of working conditions.
“a Letter with those clarifications directed by the Ministry of labour in the highest Executive bodies of regions, the Union and the labour and employment”, – said the press service.
Moscow Authorities to clarify the fate of workers and halted construction projects
the Ministry stressed that these categories of employees in the organization in which they work, is obliged to provide conditions for the passage of medical supervision.
“If the activities of the employee relates to other areas, the employer in the period before lifting restrictions related to the fight against the spread of coronavirus, may allow it to work without a physical examination, concluded in a press-service. – The admission of such employees to the performanceconsolidation of job duties during the specified period without undergoing a compulsory medical examination is not a violation providing for administrative punishment of officials and legal entities”.
