From the beginning of 2020 the average cost of the secondary real estate in Moscow on a monthly basis decreased by 1-2% in comparison with indicators of year prescription. This is stated in the materials of the Agency “ABC Housing”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to analysts, a list of the locations where over the past six months fell flat in the most noticeable heads the prestigious Tver district: average cost per square meter of secondary housing there fell by 10 percent.
