Tesla CEO Elon Musk said on Monday that production on the lines of California, plant resumed. This decision violates local health regulations related to the coronavirus.
Mr. Musk wrote on Twitter that the authorities can arrest him, because he will be on the line. And if somebody needs to be taken into custody, it must be him. State law allows fines of up to $1 thousand per day or up to 90 days imprisonment for a violation of sanitary regulations, reminds the AP.
Previously Elon Musk announced that Tesla will immediately transfer your headquarters and future programs in Texas and Nevada. The announcement came after Tesla was not allowed to resume work at the factory in Fremont. The company planned to open it on Friday.
