Wednesday, August 12, the capital is expected to plus 18 degrees and rain, reported RIA Novosti senior fellow at the center for weather "Phobos" Elena Volosyuk.
She noted that the air temperature will be 3-5 degrees below normal.
"In cloudy weather with intermittent rain today are expected short rains. The maximum temperature in capital – plus 16-18 degrees. In the capital region – plus 14-19", – said Volosyuk.
According to the specialist, it will be the coldest day in the capital since the beginning of the month.
"While today will be the coldest since the beginning of the month until we have a maximum temperature below 20 degrees did not fall – except for 2 August when it was 19,7," said Volosyuk.
Previously residents of the capital region warned of the likelihood of gusty winds. Its speed can reach 15 meters per second. Warning period is valid until 21:00 on 13 August.
