Moscow residents can appeal the fines for violation of the regime of self-isolation online, according to a telegram-channel operational staff with reference to the head of the main oversight Directorate Yevgeny Danchikov.
"On the portal page mos.ru dedicated to the coronavirus, under "Appeal of fines" you will find information on what to do if you think the penalty is wrong. In this section, a complaint may be filed in electronic form" – Danchikov said.
According to him, for filing a complaint has no less than 30 days. Also coming soon will be uploaded the standard grievance form.
