Deputy Mayor Rakov: territorial availability of registry office services in Moscow has increased by 300 percent.
It has become easier to get registry office services in Moscow — their availability has increased by 300 percent. This happened due to the fact that a year ago they began to be provided in the offices of “My Documents”, said Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development (pictured).
She added that during the year in the offices of “My Documents” specialists issued about 250 thousand repeated certificates and certificates, and more than 20 thousand couples were married in a non-commercial environment.
“We see that the services of the registry office in the MFC are in great demand — more than 350 thousand times have applied for them in a year,” said Rakova.
The metropolitan authorities note that “My Documents” are working daily on how to make receiving services more comfortable and create new services. So, Muscovites have the opportunity to bring a festive atmosphere to the registration of marriage in a non-commercial setting: for this purpose, a number of public service centers have separate offices with photo zones where the newlyweds can take beautiful wedding pictures for memory. They are created in the flagship offices of the VAO, CAO, South Administrative District, as well as in the regional centers of public services Otradnoye and Khovrino.
If a couple is planning a wedding ceremony, in any public services center, you can apply for registration of marriage in a solemn atmosphere in Wedding Palaces, registry offices, as well as on exit sites for a specific date and time.
In addition, since January 2022, in 11 public service centers, registry office employees have been providing such highly specialized services as establishing paternity after birth registration or the dissolution of a marriage registered outside of Russia. Previously, this could only be done in the registry offices from Tuesday to Saturday during the reception hours of applicants, but now the service is available daily, without breaks and weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. My Documents Centers provide more than 280 public services, 98 percent of which can be obtained on an extraterritorial basis. Offices are open from 08:00 to 20:00, flagships and the Palace of Public Services at VDNH — from 10:00 to 22:00.
