In Moscow, the vigilant citizens detained the drunk driver, who identified himself as an influential official with ties. Incident reports the TVC.
The incident occurred in Butovo and caught on video by local residents.
First, the footage shows that people are trying to convince the owner of an expensive SUV to drive. Drunk while barely holding on his feet. Attempts to stop it are unsuccessful. He starts the car, presses the gas and hits another car.
The driver of the affected car honking and crying in fear of a drunken madman in that car is the baby. However, leaving rowdy, not paying attention to her.
Other footage filmed a few hours later. The culprit returns to the scene of the accident, then once again trying to leave. Now, however, vigilant citizens firmly held him until the police arrived.
“People kept the defense in the jeep and four hours (!) wouldn’t let him get behind the wheel. Just before arrival of GAI”, – reported in social networks.
Residents of nearby houses say that the man often gets behind the wheel drunk. It seems to be official and intimidates all his connections.
