To discuss the issue of transfer of the detained in Minsk Russians without the participation of Ukrainian diplomats is illegal and immoral, said the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova. She also expressed hope that as a result Belarus will come against Russia “as a brotherly country”, RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier, as reported “the Rambler”, a Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon, taking an interview with the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Minsk is closer to transfer the detained Russians to Ukraine. It is about 33 military experts, which Belarusian security forces suspected of intending to destabilize the country ahead of presidential elections. Lukashenka called the detainees “criminals” and said it will give “green light” the Prosecutor’s office on the transfer of not only Russia but also Ukraine.

Moskalkova said he was monitoring developments. According to her, to discuss transfer of Russian citizens to another country without considering the opinion of Russian diplomats and representatives of other bodies is to violate the law, international rules, and to neglect morality.
“I Hope that the brotherly state will change the strategic line on this issue”, – concluded Commissioner for human rights.
