the house of the merchant of Dmitry Vinogradov, located near Krutitsa monastery, is a valuable example of wooden architecture of the late XIX century. Since 1880 has been completely preserved not only the spatial structure of the building, but its facade, including the elegant carved cornice, carved door pediment in the form of kokoshnik. The first floor Windows of the main facade, rectangular with simple architraves, and the Windows of the ground floor is square, with a jumper. On the roof are Dormer Windows with triangular pediments and pilasters. But the porch, which aired earlier in the direction of the Novospassky proezd, our time is not preserved.

The building was severely damaged in the fire of 1812, so in the end it was sold to the state. Since 1820, it housed the Basmanny police precinct.
