He recalled that the law on the introduction of electronic work record cards entered into force as from 1 January 2020, after which the employers were able to provide in electronic form to the Pension Fund data about the employment of staff, transfer to other permanent work and termination of employment. But, prior to this transition, workers need apply. Moreover, this right of choice of the worker between the paper and the electronic version of this document will be only for 2020. From 2021, all, for the first time employed, data on labour activities will be conducted only in electronic form.
