Based on the crisis situation in which we find ourselves, and given the authorities introduced restrictive measures, the meeting unanimously decided that a mass event, such as Victory March – the “Immortal regiment”, a festive concert dedicated to Victory Day, – transferred on 24 August, the day of liberation of Moldova from fascist occupation,” wrote an announcement on his page on Facebook.
