MOSCOW, 23 APR – RIA Novosti. Prime Minister of Russia Michael Mishustin has extended the powers of the three envoys of the government, the corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Also Mishustin signed an order appointing envoys Mikhail Barshchevsky and Andrei Yatskin.
yatskin holds the post of Plenipotentiary representative of the government of the Russian Federation in the Federation Council since 2004, Barshchevsky – Plenipotentiary of the government in constitutional, Supreme and Supreme arbitration courts of Russia since 2001.
Sinenko since 2012 holds the position of Plenipotentiary of the government in the state Duma, but on April 13, 2020 yatskin temporarily assumed the duties of the Plenipotentiary of the Cabinet in the lower house.
