Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin announced new measures to support citizens and businesses in connection with the epidemic of the coronavirus. About it reported on the website of the Russian government.
In particular, the authorities will provide financial assistance to the Russians, who were stuck abroad. They will allocate money to pay for temporary housing, food, extension of visa and other emergency needs. Financial support will be provided to construction companies and defrauded real estate investors. Developers will allocate 12 billion rubles for completion of construction of houses to real estate investors for the solution of their problems – 30 billion.
Small and medium businesses in addition to loans at a zero rate will receive assistance in the form of preferential microloans and debt restructuring. It is noted that some of the companies that are at particular risk, can apply for subsidies for reimbursement of the cost of production, performance of works and provision of services, deferred taxes and advance payments and guarantees needed to restructure existing or new loans and bond loans.
the government will allocate 15 billion of power industry development Fund. Funds will be used for loans to businesses that produce and deliver the goods needed to combat the spread of coronavirus.
Private medical organizations will have 577 million rubles for the care of older people. This is a pilot project that will be piloted in nine regions. In addition, the authorities will expand the list of private medical institutions involved in the treatment COVID-19.
