Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the recognition of more than 450 outdated regulations of the RSFSR and the USSR operating on the territory of the Russian Federation in the framework of the "regulatory guillotine," the corresponding document was published on the website of the Cabinet.

Older documents and some of their provisions lose their force in 2020 and 2021.

"Work for the abolition of irrelevant rules is carried out in the framework of the "regulatory guillotine"… Documents to be repealed, was adopted from 1946 to 1991. These include rules for the repair of refrigerators and the manufacture of tin cans, the norm shrinkage of the meat and the natural decline of sausages during the storage process, the qualification requirements for divers and guards", — stated in the message of the Cabinet.

In addition, cancelled the order on the registration of small vessels, published in 1995 by the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Russia.
