According to sources RBC, may 13, head of the Arkhangelsk region and Nenets Autonomous district should make statements about starting the procedure of Association of regions. The relevant statements have to do the acting governors Alexander Cybulski and Yuri Bezdomny.
As specified, the first statement will make the authorities of the NAO. In Naryan-Mar will host a meeting of the governments of both regions, immediately after that will perform Cybulski and Bezdomny. The parties approve a Memorandum of intent to unite the regions.
