Hollywoodstjernen Mark Wahlberg has made several great films since the 1990s, where he got his big break.
But the 48-year-old american was close to ending up in a completely different place in life. A place where crime fills really much.
As a teenager was Mark Wahlberg namely a member of a gang, and it was close that cost him a longer period of time in prison.
As a 16-year-old in 1988 assault the actor two men where one got badly hurt. Mark Wahlberg was charged with attempted murder.
He pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to two years in prison, of which he only served 45 days. Then he made in her life.
In an interview with Contact Music tells Mark Wahlberg that he had to take responsibility for his actions:
“I did what I had to do. I took responsibility for my actions and left the gang to continue on their own.”
The 48-year-old actor adds that he the subsequent time was afraid to go on the street, because he was nervous to be assaulted by the gang.
