Lolita has addressed in Basmanny court with a request to remove the registration in the apartment of the former wife of Dmitry Ivanov, according to "Moskovsky Komsomolets".
The lawyer of the singer Sergei Zhorin explained that Ivanov more year does not live in this apartment and does not pay for utilities.
"He repeatedly promised to independently removed from the register, but still didn’t. Lolita was nothing left to do but to go to court", — said the lawyer.
Zhorin said that the actress did not show the ex-spouse no requirements.
Ivanov officially divorced her in may, though the couple have not lived together. The divorce process was delayed because of the desire of the singer to recognize the marriage is a sham and deny the former husband of the Russian and Israeli citizenship.
