LUHANSK, 13 APR – RIA Novosti. Ukrainian security forces did not open fire on the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s Republic for the last days, said RIA Novosti in the representation of LC in the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire (SCCC).
According to the LC representative to the JCCC, April 11 Ukrainian security forces once broke the silence.
