MOSCOW, April 27/ Radio Sputnik. Side online meeting of foreign Ministers “Norman format” exchanging proposals on the agenda, the teleconference is scheduled for the end of this week, said Monday the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, reports RIA Novosti.
Lavrov said that, unfortunately, Germany is not made in the agenda anything about the so-called formula Steinmeier, linking the provision of the special status of Donbass elections, as well as “no word on how the special status of Donbass, in legal terms should be incorporated on a permanent basis in Ukrainian legislation”.
According to the Minister, the proposals under discussion Germany listed a new exchange of detainees, mine action, security and access of special monitoring mission of OSCE in the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk republics.
Earlier radio Sputnik reported that Sergei Lavrov has said it is likely an important conversation at the upcoming meeting of foreign Ministers “Norman format”.
