The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that the germs of normal relations between Moscow and Warsaw are still in effect.
According to Lavrov, earlier Russia and Poland were so many mechanisms for cooperation, “how hardly I have some other European country”.
“moreover, any germs of these relations persist to this day… And I really hope that with our Polish neighbors, and not afraid of the word, friends — I have many friends in Poland — we will overcome the current period and that attempts to artificially create a reason for the separation of our peoples will not prevail”, — quotes RIA Novosti Lavrov.
In early March the Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz said that Warsaw would like to improve relations with Moscow.
