The West has absolutely lost the culture of dialogue, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, commenting on the information about the new US sanctions.
Recall that the deputy head of the US State Department, Victoria Nuland, said that Washington could impose such strict restrictions against Moscow, which had never been before.
The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that Western colleagues have lost the culture of diplomatic negotiations and consensus-building. “Almost at their request, sanctions are immediately imposed,” RIA Novosti quoted Lavrov as saying.
The minister added that Moscow will definitely respond to the infernal US sanctions. “How will we react? It will be seen, I don’t want to guess now what the West will decide. This is a dead-end path, and in the end it will turn against the initiators of these illegitimate unilateral measures themselves,” the head of the Russian foreign Ministry said.
