Monument to Soviet Marshal Ivan Konev in Prague should be restored, said the head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov.
“I think this is unacceptable and I believe that our Czech colleagues in the upcoming consultations will have to explain and explain to us how they are going to fix this situation. Because the obligation will not go away and must be restored” , – said Lavrov in an interview with RBC media holding.
