the Draft Federal law was prepared in order to determine the system of organization of educational work in the field of education and has already been introduced by Russian President Vladimir Putin to the State Duma.
“in the message to the Federal Assembly the President noted the special significance of educational work and the present bill introduced by the head of state concerning the educational system in the field of education has been consistent and is an important step in improving these activities. The results of the inspections together with Rosobrnadzor told about the unacceptable situation in the educational system, we repeatedly drew attention of the Ministry of education and necessity of modernization of educational programs. Education is not a “service” is the unity of two processes — training and education. This is enshrined in law and is a request of our time”, — commented Kuznetsova.
