“This is a completely unacceptable attempt to interfere in our internal Affairs, – said Kosachev in an interview with RT. – No facts, as always, not given, and the situation is described as an axiom requiring no proof. And then around this are built various offers on the response of the American measures”.
According to the Senator, this is another attempt “in the eyes and in the minds of the average American to fix the image of Russia as a totalitarian country where human rights are not respected and where there are no freedoms.”
Kosachev also believes that the cause of such a document may be “internal fuss” in political elites in the United States.
