The mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klitschko has dismissed his Deputy Vladimir Konaka against which opened a case for beating up a COP. About it reports “RBC-Ukraine”.
“I Think you saw in the news that happened late last night. I will not discredit the city government — primarily those who is” — said the Kiev mayor.
He added that the official must answer for their actions.
Earlier on April 27, it became known that Konchaka arrested for assaulting a police officer. The incident happened on Sunday evening, April 26. Patrol officers stopped the Mercedes, who was riding without lights. Behind the wheel was the Deputy of city Council Lyudmila Kostenko, she refused to undergo an alcohol test. Vice-mayor Koncak who was riding in the car with her, lashed out with his fists on a police officer. The victim was hospitalized and the car was taken to impound. The official faces up to five years in prison.
