The capital can “assume” the costs of visiting kindergartens, clubs, extended-day groups in schools by the children of mobilized citizens if such a need is met and an appropriate application is received. This was announced on Monday by Moscow Mayor Sobyanin.
"Up to the fees for kindergartens – we will take care of all this, we will do it for free. At the expense of the city we will pay for additional meals, additional stay at school, extension, mugs and so on. This whole block is based on statements – if there is such a need, we will do it all,” Sobyanin said when communicating with the families of those mobilized in a specialized center to support them.
