Chairman of the state Council of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN for the first time in 20 days appeared in public, having visited the opening ceremony Sunzhenskogo fertilizer plant, according to the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA).
“Dear Supreme leader Kim Jong-UN personally cut the ribbon symbolizing the completion of construction, taking part in the ceremony”, – quotes the message of the KCNA reported.
