Earlier, the Minister said the region faced a shortage of medical personnel before the start of the spread of coronavirus. About 350 people – about 100 doctors and 250 nurses – for various reasons refused to work before the start of the pandemic. “We are in close cooperation work with the University, but our position, deeply held belief that we are medical students and other people involved in the hearth will not start until as long as possible, until you “saleema”. The later we introduce them in the hearth, the better. We are trying to ensure their safety, medical students, interns doing work that is not directly related to entrance into the “red zone”, – said Kravchenko.
“There is routine work, where we understand and can count on who and how many we need to provide the load. Plus, we once were forced to the potential risk of disposal of health care workers to reduce, to divide the doctors into groups, if one group has failed in its place after “cleaning” companies came another group,” added the Minister. He noted that the 20 workers, who were identified COVID-19, have already undergone treatment and has started to work only in the region of coronavirus confirmed in 93 health care workers.
