the TERRIBLE, 11 Feb – RIA Novosti. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has appointed a new press Secretary, this position was occupied by the former first Deputy Director of broadcasting company “Grozny” ilman Vakhidov.
As reported by Kadyrov on his page in sotsseti “Vkontakte”, the predecessor Vakhidov, Alvi Karimov, who held this position for over 10 years, went into well-deserved retirement.
He described it as a proactive, professional journalist with expertise in information technology.
“Alvi Karimov, commander of the order of Kadyrov, a Chechen veteran of journalism who give themselves to the work, sparing time and effort goes into well-deserved retirement,” said Kadyrov, thanking him for his years of service.
Kadyrov has also appointed adviser on media, they became Almohad Eliseev who worked as the Director of branch VGTRK – TV and radio company “Vaynakh”. In his new role, he will oversee the activities of the media and of the Union of writers of the Republic.
