Drunk driving, bodily harm, property damage: The police in Ried, south-east of Augsburg, are currently investigating a 20-year-old. But the history is curious, as the “Augsburger Allgemeine” reports.
At around 2:15 a.m. on Friday night, a cyclist saw a car parked on a dirt road in the direction of Hörmannsberg. The 38-year-old approaches the car, suspecting a breakdown. But instead, the cyclist saw a man and a woman, both naked, probably having sex in the car. The helpful cyclist then continued on his way home.
But the 20-year-old lover in the car didn’t like the disruption at all. He followed the cyclist home and stopped the man at his house. A dispute is said to have erupted, the report said. The 20-year-old probably also gave a slap in the face and kicked the front door so hard that damage to property amounted to 1,000 euros.
The informed police found the young man in the neighborhood. An alcohol test revealed 1.46 per mille. The man’s driver’s license has been provisionally confiscated.
