Accepting applications for grants to owners of commercial property will start on June 15. They will be able to get owners and lessors of objects of trade, public catering, consumer services and hotels within the anti-crisis support measures of the Moscow business.
He said that the owners-landlords will be able to fully cover their the amount of property tax, land tax and land rents, if the period of the restrictions caused by the spread of coronavirus infection, they are no less than halve the rate of payment for rent. Applications from owners of shopping centers, an area of over 1,000 square metres will be considered by the Moscow Department of trade and services, applications from the owners of a public catering, personal services and other retail facilities — prefectural districts where they are located. Grants will be paid in the amount of:
— 100 percent of the amount of the property tax, land tax, land rent in respect of premises given in lease, subject to reduction for all tenants of rental rates no less than 50 percent of the initial rate not less than the double amount of a property payment;
— 50 percent of the amount of property payments in respect of land alone.
the Property payments will be offset in the following periods:
— on trade, public catering and household services — from 1 March to 1 July of the current year or the last day of the month of the termination of the suspension, if it happens after the deadline;
— in hotels — for the second quarter of 2020.
Enterprises of trade, public catering, consumer services should occupy at least 80 percent of the area in the property, the owner of which claims to grant, or to have cadastral valuation corresponding to these activities, and hotels — have the certificate of stardom.
