Jimmy Kimmel will host the 96th Academy Awards, broadcast next March from the famous Dolby Theater.
This will be the fourth time in his career that the American host will take the helm of the most important evening in Hollywood cinema.
The ceremony benefited last year from the return to hosting of Jimmy Kimmel after five years of absence. Broadcast live, the event attracted nearly 19 million viewers, an increase of 13% compared to the previous year.
Predictions are already going well as to which film will take home the ultimate honor of the evening. Oppenheimer by Christopher Nolan and Barbie by Greta Gerwig are among the big favorites, alongside Killers of the Flower Moon by Martin Scorsese and Maestro by Bradley Cooper.
The 96th Academy Awards will take place on March 10, 2024 at the Dolby Theater.
