the Fund “Moscow innovation cluster” (MIK), subordinate to the Moscow Department of entrepreneurship and innovation development, has completed acceptance of documents for granting of grants for support of complex innovative projects. Each of the businesses whose application is approved will be able to get a payout of up to 200 million rubles a year.
among the applicants for a grant — residents of Moscow technoparks and SKOLKOVO Foundation, the Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov, and also several technological companies.
With the payments of the participants of the Moscow innovation cluster can offset the costs of acquisition, construction, reconstruction or major repairs of real estate, which passed the implementation of innovative project. Also allows the payment to reimburse for the purchase of equipment or the rights to results of intellectual property, implementation or maintenance of the software. The grant allows reimbursement of costs for innovative projects that are under implementation or already completed.
All 44 applications will have to undergo a special examination. Experts will appreciate the technological novelty and uniqueness of the projects from the point of view of practical applications, and competitive advantages. The experts will analyze the socio-economic effect from implementation of the project for Moscow. After that the application will consider the Council of the Foundation “Moscow innovation cluster” and the competition Commission. List of companies-recipients will be announced in August 2020.
