“I’m a nurse in a senior home, in Brussels and in the coronacrisis, we have to work harder than before. Those who have a raised temperature, you no longer need to come here to work, and it is immediately for seven days, at home, to put. As a result, we are now less zorgkundigen than you normally would. We have all with surgical masks to work. That is, it is not so pleasant, especially if you wear glasses, but all in all, for safety reasons. There is, fortunately, a very good atmosphere between the colleagues as well as with some of the residents. They may not get it, but we hold, however, raamgesprekken. The family will be at the window, and they call each other on the phone.”
this is a very nice and friendly, that everyone of us is clapping, and the white sheets, the outside is an expression of support, but I would hope that we would even pay to get in as soon as the coronacrisis is over
Daisy Van Der Elst,
“we, Too, love the psychological well-being of our children in the eye, however, for an additional play, we don’t have the time. In the past I have worked as a nachtverpleegkundige, and it earned me just short of 2000 euros net. Now that I have wifi at work is that it is something less and less, and for night-time work is better paid. In march, I basically have the same earning as you normally would, but I would hope that we would charge a fee, or perhaps the stores are getting for our hard work during these difficult times. It is all well and good, and lovable, that everyone of us is clapping, and the white sheets, the outside is an expression of support, but I would hope that we would even pay to get in as soon as the coronacrisis is over. It would be really nice if there was, then, finally, more investment in human resources for health.”
