Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a televised address to the nation announced the introduction of three-day curfew. He will act in 31 Turkish provinces, starting Friday, the first of may, as measures to contain the spread of coronavirus, reports the Daily Salah.
According to Erdogan, the government plans to continue the curfew on weekends until the end of Ramadan, which began April 24 and ends sundown on may 23. Shops will only work on Friday from 9 to 13 hours.
