"United Russia" has developed a draft "about the rudeness of officials," amendments to the Code of administrative offenses provide for civil servants fines for insults to 150 thousand roubles and disqualification, said the Deputy Secretary General Council of United Russia, head of the Duma Committee on the information policy Alexander Khinshtein.

He explained that the first offence officials proposed to disqualify for a period of one year, with re – for a period of up to two years. Officials also proposed to be punished with fines from 50 to 100 thousand roubles, and at repeated violation – a fine of 100 to 150 thousand rubles.
