the Initiative has gathered the working group on support of business entities in the agricultural sector in the state Duma, it included representatives of the Ministry of agriculture, Corporations, SMEs, agricultural Bank, several Federal associations of agricultural producers. The group’s first meeting took place on 29 April and the package was sent in early may the Russian government.
As reported by “RG” in the working group, the new package of measures is proposed to review the tax burden for agriculture, support from the Federal budget for the purchase of meat and milk from the population, and also to offset the costs of transporting grain by rail.
Also among the measures – provision of preferential loans for the construction and modernisation of vegetable and grain silos across the country.
the priority actions support farmers attributed the inclusion of organizations in the register of SMEs in real time, not once a year, as is done today.
the participants of the meeting to discuss the new measures also made in support of stricter monitoring and control of prices of fertilizers and fuel for agricultural producers.

following the meeting of the working group was formed a package of two dozen measures. As told the head of raggruppa, Deputy of the state Duma Michael Shchapov, suggestions will be made to the interfractional Commission on support of small and medium business created in the state Duma.
