Washington is long overdue to deal with their problems and not to impose Europe projects, ostensibly to ensure its security, said the head of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Leonid Slutsky, commenting on the Pentagon’s decision to redirect funds to “deter Russia” on construction of a wall with Mexico.
