In 12 cities of the South of Russia and North Caucasus in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory will be demonstration flights of military aircraft. Planes and helicopters of the southern military district also will fly on a Russian airbase in Armenia.
Only may 9 air parade will be attended by 210 aircraft and helicopters of the Russian space forces.
– the Overflights of aircraft are synchronized with a solemn build military units and laying of wreaths, and agreed with heads of administrations of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government”, – said the commander of the Southern military district, Colonel-General Aleksandr Dvornikov.
Flights will begin at 10:00 local time in Rostov-on-don, Volgograd, the Caspian sea, Novorossiysk, Krasnodar, Vladikavkaz, Stavropol, Sevastopol, Kerch, Grozny, Astrakhan, Yeisk and Yerevan.
In Rostov-on-don and the pilots of su-25 and su-34 will fly in the form of the number “75”.
