Museums are returned to their normal lives. So at the State Pushkin Museum opened the exhibition dedicated to the outstanding artist Tatiana Mavrina. The Exhibition “Tatiana Mavrina. Moscow military” prepared by the Museum with private collectors and is dedicated to the 75-th anniversary of Victory. During the great Patriotic war it remained in Moscow and performed a series of watercolors with views of the Moscow churches.

Among the captured Tatiana Mavrina shrines, the exhibition presents watercolor of St. Basil’s Cathedral, Novodevichy and Donskoy monasteries, the Church of the ascension in kadashi Church of Gregory of Neocaesarea on the Big Meadow. Tatiana Mavrina lived a very long and eventful life – up to 96 years. She was born in Nizhny Novgorod. In 1921-1928, he studied at the painting faculty of the VKhUTEMAS in Moscow.
