Intelligence agencies and law enforcement authorities should react harshly to the publication of scandalous recordings of conversations of former head of state Petro Poroshenko with the former Vice-President of the USA Joseph Biden. This broadcast channel “112 Ukraine” said the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmitry Razumkov.
According to a Ukrainian legislator, the source of the leak is not so important. He believes that it is more important to establish whether it was true that the interlocutors discussed on the tapes. In the close to Poroshenko political forces in the publication of telephone conversations predictably called “Russian provocation”.
Previously, non-faction MP Andriy Derkach distributed referred to it “journalists, whistleblowers” record of talks between Biden and Poroshenko. On the tape the ex-President of Ukraine in a conciliatory form of reports to the person “number two” in the White house, discussing with them questions of Ukrainian political life and speak about billion dollars for the resignation of the General Prosecutor Victor Shokin.
At the same time, the edition “Ukrainian Pravda” reported about the initiation of an investigation by the office of the Prosecutor General on charges of treason and abuse of power against Poroshenko.
